Registered Nurse

PICC RN is responsible for patient care, medications and sterilization techniques necessary in the PICC cath lab. RN acts as patient advocate and maintains current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes and supports the Standards of Conduct for Steward Health Care. The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for planning, organizing delivering and coordinating patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established policies, procedures: for coordinating care among patient/family, medicine, nursing, ancillary, and other team personnel. RN acts as patient advocate and maintains current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice.

Requirements:

  • Must have RN PICC Cath experience
  • Current Utah RN License
  • Trained to measure cardiac rhythms
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • BLS Certification (CPR) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association AHA Healthcare Provider is required.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
