Human Resources Generalist:

  • Onboarding

Requirements:

  • Assocates degree in HR or related field or equivilant work experience required.
  • 2 or more years of previous HR or related experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist working for a company supporting 700+ employees, preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge and Excel experience.
  • Excellent typing (minimum of 50 wpm)
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR IS application and timekeeping programs preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented and have the abiity to problem solve
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work under stressful situations and in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work outside standard business hours as needed
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between 2 campus locations
  • Knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, and Affirmative Action.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages helpful.
